Using PDF documents
PDF stands for Portable Document Format.  It is a document / file type commonly are used to present files on websites as they are a file type that can be opened with free software on any type of device or computer system.

What do I need to view PDF documents:
You need a PDF reader program on your computer. The Adobe PDF Reader is a popular one. Download the program here:  https://get.adobe.com/reader/    NOTE: It would be best to UNTICK the box beside Install McAffee Security Scan Plus BEFORE downloading the program file as most people would not want or need this program installed.   

To open and view a PDF file:
Simply clicking the link will open it allowing you to view it. It may open in the same or a new window of your browser or in the PDF reader on your device, depending on how link was set up and your computer is set up. This make take some time depending on your computer and the speed of your internet connection.
Once opened you may then read it and then close it.

However, if you want to view it later without having to come back to the website then you need to download and save it to your computer and/or print it.

About saving or printing a PDF file:
How to download then save or print a PDF will vary depending on the device you are viewing the PDF on.  
Below are some options - to try on your device. You may need to use these steps as a starting point and experiment.

Saving a PDF file:
Saving the file means you save a copy to a location on your device and can open it again from that location on your device without having to go to the website and download it again.
The exact method will vary depending on your device, experiment with the options below to see what works on your device.  
For all devices > click on the link to open the file then try these options.  
  • Look for an icon labelled - download. Click on this and then if prompted, save the file to a suitable location on your device.
  • Look for the File Menu, then click on Save.
  • Right click on a blank space on the page, then click on Save.
  
Printing the file:
Depending on your device:
  • Look for a Printer icon.
  • Look for the File Menu, then click on Print.
  • Right click on a blank space on the page, then click on Print.
You do not have to print the whole document. In the print dialogue box there is usually a section labelled PAGES TO PRINT allowing you to specify whether to print ALL, the CURRENT PAGE or a selected range of PAGES. Select the required option, type in the page numbers required if applicable and click Print.
