Join - New Members only

You must join and become a member of KMVU3A to enrol in a class. Membership allows you to enrol in as many classes as you wish during the year.

2026 Membership is $40 per person per year and is due when you enrol in your first class.

By joining KMVU3A Inc and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the KMVU3A Inc Terms and Conditions of membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.

Most classes have an additional fee of $10 per semester / 1/2 year or $20 for the full year.

Join online: Enrol in classes and join at same time

To JOIN: Enrol in classes FIRST after which you will be prompted to join as follows....

CLICK here to view the list of current classes (this is the Current Classes page & will open in a new tab)
SCROLL down to see the list and details of classes. Click on a class name then...
Click ENROL NOW (available if online enrolment is available and there is a vacancy) and select a payment amount. Repeat to enrol in all required classes

Or click Join a waiting list (available if the class is full. You will be notified if a vacancy occurs and asked to pay)

Click on Checkout and follow the prompts to complete the enrolment

If the Checkout button does NOT appear - click on the ENROL NOW button again for your class

Click NO when asked are you a member

FILL in the MEMBERSHIP Form that appears. Include emergency contact information (very important).

The membership fee will be added to the class fees owing

PAY online or by direct deposit following the information that appears or using details in the email sent to you

If paying by direct deposit - You MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in your deposit window. (eg Tom Smith TTennis or Tom Smith Gardening)

We need to know who and what the deposit is for. Deposits without details cannot be processed.

You will be emailed an invoice and receipt if you pay online and information about KMVU3A, including how to obtain additional information about your classes

Join offline: (not online)

Join and enrol at an Enrolment day or by emailing or delivering the Membership and Enrolment forms.

Join: ONLY use if you haven't decided on your classes

If you know which classes you want to enrol in - PLEASE Join as ABOVE by selecting your classes first.
ONLY use the link below if you haven't decided on classes OR are waiting to be enrolled in a class that doesn't allow online enrolment :

Click here to open the Online Membership form. It will open in a new browser tab
Fill in the Membership Form that appears, including any fields in orange and your emergency contact information (very important).

Accept the Terms and Conditions. Pay following the options that will appear

After joining enrol in additional classes at any time as follows:

Go to Classes & Events > Current Classes and enrol in the desired classes
Remember as now you have already joined, select YES you are already a member and follow the prompts. You will need an email address to enrol at a later date.
