How to Join - New Members Only
Existing members - do not use information on this page to renew your membership - instead read here about renewing.
2025 Membership is $40 per person and allows you to enrol in as many classes as you wish during 2025.Membership is due when you enrol in your first class. Most classes have an additional fee of $5 per term or block payment for several terms.
You can join and enrol in classes and pay either online or offline as below.
By joining KMVU3A Inc and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the rules and regulations in the Constitution and Terms and Conditions of Membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.
Enrol and join online at the one time (best option)
To JOIN online - ENROL first in your desired classes to secure your spot; after selecting your classes the system will prompt you to join.Follow these instructions:
- Click here to open the list of Current Classes (which is under the Classes & Events tab) on our website (the link will open in a new tab)
- SCROLL down and click on the name of a required class
- Click on ENROL NOW and follow the prompts to enrol. (or Join Waiting List if no vacancies). Repeat for any additional classes.
- When asked are you a member > Select NO
- Fill in the Membership Form that appears, including your emergency contact information (very important).
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Choose an online or offline payment method as indicated on page
- You will be emailed a confirmation of your actions if you have an email address

Join only (online) & enrol in classes later
Use this method to join only and select classes later particularly classes that don't offer online enrolment.
BUT remember - if possible enrol and join at the same time as above.
If a class does not allow online enrolment: ring the tutor to check on vacancies first. They will let you know if you are able to join the class and will arrange your enrolment. However, before you can be enrolled you must be a member so....
- Click here to open the Online Membership form, which will open in a new browser tab
- Fill in the Membership Form that appears, including and fields in orange and your emergency contact information (very important).
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- You can pay for the membership now
- Or if you wait until after you are enrolled you will be sent an invoice that will allow you to pay the membership and class fees at the one time
- Then contact the tutor to let them know you are now a member. They will arrange your enrolment
After joining you can enrol in additional classes at any time as follows:
- Go to Classes & Events > Current Classes and enrol in the desired classes
- Remember as now you have already joined, select YES you are already a member and follow the prompts. You will need an email address to enrol at a later date.
- Choose your preferred payment option
