Payment options for classes continuing each term
If you enrol in a class that continues over several terms, you will be automatically enrolled for each term that the class runs, but you will have to pay if you did not pay for the complete year.
If you do not want to continue in a class - please tell your tutor or email us so we can remove the fee owing and remove you from the class allowing other people to join.
If you have PAID FOR THE FULL YEAR / all terms YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING at the beginning of each term, unless you want to enrol in additional classes.
If you have NOT PAID FOR THE FULL YEAR you will need to PAY each term to confirm your place in the class. Details below.
Pay online
- Pay Online following the link in invoices emailed to you.
- You will receive one email for each class that you owe fees for. Search for emails from Kempsey Macleay Valley U3A if you can't find these. Email us if you receive an email for a class you do not want to re enrol in.
- If you only owe for one class > click on the link - Click here to pay .... select a payment option if requested and pay
- If you owe for several classes you can pay for all fees at once as follows:
- Then OPEN the email for each class you want to pay for and click on the link - Click here to pay ....
- Choose a payment option if offered but do not pay at this stage. Close each email and page.
- Repeat for each email
- Then REOPEN any one of the emails and click the link again Click here to pay ....
- A total amount of fees owing will show allowing you to pay these all at the one time - either online or using the Direct Debit details
- Or Log into your Member Portal > click on Pay Owing and follow the instructions
Pay offline
- Pay Offline by Direct Debit into our account - details are in email
- You MUST put your NAME/ CLASS in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in your payment window (eg TomSmith-TTennis for Table Tennis or TomSmith-Gardeng for Gardening etc.
- We need to know who the payment is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed.

- Pay at an enrolment day
- (Dates are available on the Notice Board page)
- Fill out an enrolment form and make a direct deposit:
- Obtain the latest enrolment form on the Notice Board page, or from your tutor. It is interactive so you can fill it in electronically if desired
- Email form or print and drop into letter box on front wall of 46a Tozer St. Do not post. Payment and delivery details on form
First - enrol in additional classes for continuing students:
Enrol in any additional classes before paying for existing classes as follows:
Enrol online: Go to Classes > Current classes page on our website and follow instructions to enrol online. If you owe fees for existing classes pay as below.
Enrol offline: Attend an enrolment day, or use the PDF enrolment / payment form available on the Notice board page of our website.
How will I know if I paid till the end of the year or owe fees?
If you have forgotten:
- Ask your tutor - they can check the dates you have paid for in the class list
- From email invoices sent to you - you will be sent ONE email invoice for each class for which you owe fees with instructions on how to re-enrol and pay.
- Email us and that information can be sent to you
- Log into your Member portal and click on:
- Statement. This will list your receipts which will show the amount and dates you have paid up to for each class
- The Pay Owing button - if available will show you how much you currently owe and allow you to pay
