Payment options for classes continuing over several terms
If you enrol in a class that continues over several terms, you will be automatically enrolled for each term that the class runs.
You do not need to re-enrol. You will have to pay if you did not pay for the upcoming term when you first enrolled.

If you are not continuing in a class - please tell your tutor or email us so we can delete the fee owing and remove you from the class allowing other people to join.
If you have PAID for the upcoming term / all terms YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING at the beginning of a term, unless you want to enrol in additional classes.
If you have NOT PAID for the upcoming term you will need to PAY as below to confirm your place in the class.
You can pay for continuing classes:
- Using the INVOICE emailed to you
- Using the Member Portal
- At an enrolment day
- By direct debit into our account
- More details on these options are below
Pay online
Do NOT enrol in the class again (eg online). Pay securely online as follows:
Online from links in invoices emailed to you.
- You will receive one email for each class that you owe fees for. Search for emails from Kempsey Macleay Valley U3A if you can't find these.
- If you only owe for one class > click on the link - Click here to pay .... select a payment option if requested and pay
- If you owe for several classes the last email sent will have all the classes listed and a total amount owing
- If you receive a fee invoice for a class you are not continuing - email us
- We will remove you from the class and delete the invoice, and send a corrected invoice if applicable
Online in the Member Portal
- Log into your Member Portal > click on Pay Owing and follow the instructions

Pay at an enrolment day
- You MUST put the NAME of person you are paying for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in your payment window (eg TomSmith-TTennis for Table Tennis or TomSmith-Gardeng for Gardening etc.
- We need to know who the deposit is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed.
- If you are NOT paying for all your classes please email us to let us know which classes you wish to be withdrawn from so we can remove the fee owing and remove you from the class
Pay at an enrolment day

If you want to enrol in additional classes (for continuing students):
You should then be able you to pay all fees owing at one time.
Enrol online: Go to Classes > Current classes page on our website and follow instructions to enrol online in the required additional classes. You do not need to enrol again in your existing classes. Do not pay at this time but pay as above. The total fees owing should be now shown on your amount owing in your Member Portal or when you re-open one of the emails.
Enrol offline: Attend an enrolment day, or use the PDF enrolment / payment form available on the Notice board page of our website. Pay all fees owing at the one time.
How will I know if I owe fees for an upcoming term?
If you are unsure:
- Ask your tutor - they can check the dates you have paid for in the class list
- Look for email invoices - if you have an email address you will be sent ONE email invoice for each class for which you owe fees with instructions on how to confirm attendance, select a payment option and pay
- Email us and that information can be sent to you
- Log into your Member portal and click on:
- Statement. This will list your receipts which will show the amount and dates you have paid up to for each class
- The Pay Owing button - if available may show you how much you currently owe and allow you to pay
- If it doesn't list all fees and you know you owe fees - you will need to follow the instructions in any emails sent to you to select a payment option
- It will also give you details on how to pay
- or then come back to the Member Portal - the fees owing should be listed in the Pay Owing area.
