About the Tutor Portal
The Tutor Portal is part of the Member Portal that only Tutors see.
To access the Tutor Portal you have to register and log into the Member Portal first.

- Once logged into the Member Portal a link to the Tutor Portal will appear in the left hand menu if you are a current Tutor.
- If you are a tutor and do not see this link please email us to fix this.
The Tutor Portal allows you as a tutor to:
- Review a list of the members in your classes including those on the waiting list, as well as relevant information such as:
- Members contact and emergency contact details
- Current Membership and class payment details / period
- Print the REQUIRED documents for your class:
- The Attendance Sheet
- The Print Class List. This includes the contact details of the member and their emergency contacts
- Email easily all the class members
- Emailing from the Tutor Portal means the list of email addresses is always up to date and you do not have to enter all the email addresses into your own email account
- The email will appear to have been sent from Member Wizard
- BUT if members reply to the email - the replies will come to the personal email you have registered with us - allowing you to easily respond
- Note: MW does NOT save drafts of emails. The document below includes a way to manage this when typing a long email to ensure you don't lose a half written email if something goes wrong
- Upload class documents that all class members can access when logged into their own Member Portal
- Mark the attendance online if you want to.
- Go into Mark Attendance and select the required date. By default all members will be marked as absent, but you change this as required for each date
- Use several other options - which you can experiment with
