Access and Use the Tutor Portal
The Tutor Portal is part of the Member Portal that only Tutors see.
To access the Tutor Portal you have to register and log into the Member Portal. Click here for information on how to access the Member Portal.

A link to the Tutor Portal will appear in the left hand menu for Tutors. If you are a tutor and do not see this link please email us to fix this.
The Tutor Portal allows tutors to:
- See a list of the members and:
- Print the Attendance Sheet
- Print the Class List - which includes the contact details of the member and their emergency contacts
- Easily email all the class members
- The email will appear to have been sent from Member Wizard
- BUT if members reply to the email - the replies will come to the personal email of each tutor - allowing tutors to easily respond
- Emailing the students this way means tutors do not have to enter all the email addresses into your own email account
