Access the Member Portal
The Member Portal is the easiest way for existing members to:
- update their details, renew, enrol, review their classes, see a statement of money owing and pay their fees in one easy location.
It can be accessed on any internet connected device or computer but is especially useful for mobile phones or tablets as it allows a member to access their member record and if necessary prove their membership. Scroll down for the Member Portal link:
- The first time you access the Member Portal you will be asked to enter the email registered with KMVU3A
- You will be then sent an email with a registration code. Follow the prompts to.....
- Enter the code and then a 4 number PIN for future access.
Using the Member Portal:
The Home screen will show you your Membership status including any outstanding fees. Click the menu items on the left to access other options.
- Press HOME to return to the Home screen.
- Click Log Out when finished. The link above will give you more information.
- Members with different emails CAN access the portal on a shared computer. (use the HELP link above to find out how)
- Members who share an email address with another member CANNOT access the Member Portal
- If these members wish to use the Member Portal please obtain an extra email and contact us to update the email of one of one of the members as required
