Introducing & Accessing the Member Portal
Scroll down for the link to the Member Portal - The first time you access the Member Portal you must REGISTER.

- Update your details eg address / email address / emergency contacts etc
- See a statement of all payments, the class dates you have paid for and any fees owing
- Enrol in new classes and see a list of your existing classes
- Pay any fees owing including membership
- To access the Tutor Portal to manage your classes if you are tutor

You need an email address registered with us to use the Member Portal.
NOTE: If you share an email with another member you will need to use your Member Number to register and log onto the Member Portal. Otherwise you can use your email.
From November 2023 all members were given a NEW member number in our new system. It will be listed on any receipt emailed to you - or email us and we can email it to you.
Setting up / REGISTER on the Member Portal for the first time (you should only have to do this once):
- Click on the Member Portal link above
- Click on Register
- Enter your email address if you DO NOT share an email with another member
- Or enter your member number if you DO share an email with another member
- Your member number will be on any emailed receipts from us
- Or email us and we will send it to you
- Click NEXT and then SEND to receive a code by email
- NOTE: We do NOT have SMS notification enabled
- Open the sent email to obtain the registration code.
- Enter the code into the Register page and type a password or passphrase
- You will not need the registration code again but will use you password to log on
Logging in to the Member Portal once registered:
- Click either the Login with email address or Login with member number button
- Enter your email or member number and password > Press Enter
TO RESET or CHANGE your pin or password:
- Click Reset Pin / Password
- Enter your email or member number if you share an email with another KMVU3A member
- Click on Next > Then Send
- Follow the instructions in the email sent to you
Using the Member Portal:
The Home screen will show you your Membership status including any outstanding fees.
- Click the menu items on the left to access other options.
- Press HOME to return to the Home screen.
- Click Log Out when finished.

Using the Member Portal for Tutors:
- Members who are also tutors can access information about their class in the Tutor Portal
- To access the Tutor Portal tutors must first log into the Member Portal.
