How to Renew Membership - Existing Members

2025 Membership is $40 for the full calendar year and allows you to enrol in as many classes as you wish during the 2025 year.

Membership is due at the beginning of each year or when you enrol in your first class for the year.
Classes have an additional fee per term, which can be found in the class description.

By joining / renewing KMVU3A Inc membership and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the rules and regulations in the Constitution and Terms and Conditions of Membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.

You are an (existing) member if you were a member at all since 2023. Existing members must have an email registered with KMVU3A to renew and enrol online. Contact us if you wish to have an email address added to your record.

Enrol and renew online at the one time (best option)

The best way to RENEW is to ENROL first in your desired classes to secure your spot; then after selecting your classes - if you have not paid the current year membership - the membership fee will be added to your invoice allowing you to pay all fees owing and thus renew.

NOTE: If you share an email with another member you will be asked to enrol using the Member Portal (see below).

Follow these instructions:

Click to open Classes & Events > Current Classes on our website (this link will open in a new tab)
Click on ENROL NOW and follow the prompts to enrol in all the classes you want (or Join Waiting List if no vacancies)
When asked are you a member - Select YES (if you have been a member at any time since 2023)

Enter your email address registered with KMVU3A. An email will be sent to you

If you share an email with another member you will be asked to enrol through the Member Portal or contact us

Open the email and follow the prompts to confirm your enrolment and membership
The membership fee will be added to your invoice if it is owing

Follow the prompts to pay online or offline
If depositing into our Credit union account you MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in your deposit window. (eg Tom Smith TTennis or Tom Smith Gardening)

We need to know who the deposit is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed.
If you pay online you will be emailed a confirmation as well as a receipt straight away
If you select to pay offline you will be emailed an invoice and then a receipt when the treasurer receipts the payment after it has appeared in our account

Enrol and renew using the Member Portal

The Member Portal is an online area that allows you as a member to renew your membership, and / or enrol in classes, update your details and more. You can access the Member Portal on a computer, tablet or mobile phone which is particularly useful if you need to prove your membership.

Click here to access a link to the Member Portal - it includes brief instructions on how to use the portal but it is easy.

Once logged into the portal - click on Classes and enrol FIRST in all required classes then...
Click on Pay Owing

Your membership fee if owing, will be added to the class fees owing allowing you to pay all these together

The Pay Owing button will only be showing if you owe fees

To renew only without enrolling: Click on Renew Membership and follow the prompts to pay

Read any messages that appear to make sure you do not pay again if you have already paid for the current year

Payment options

See the bottom of the About Membership page, for detailed information on payment options, including a requirement to include your NAME and CLASS in the REFERENCE area when depositing money into our Credit Union Account.
