How to Renew Membership - Existing Members only
2025 Membership is $40 for the calendar year and allows you to enrol in as many classes as you wish during 2025.
Membership is due in Jan/ Feb or before attending your first class for the year.
If you have been a member at all since 2023 - you are a member of KMVU3A and should RENEW your membership - rather than join.
Most members renew when enrolling in their first class for the year.
- By renewing your KMVU3A Inc membership and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the rules and regulations in the Constitution and Terms and Conditions of Membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.
Enrol and renew online at the one time (easiest option)
To renew online you must have an email registered with KMVU3A.
Existing members can renew and enrol online using either:
- This website
- The Member Portal
- Scroll down for instructions on how to log onto and use the Member Portal
- If you share an email with another member you MUST enrol using the Member Portal
- Contact us if you wish to have an email address added to your record.
To renew and enrol using this website follow these instructions:
- Click to open the Classes & Events > Current Classes on our website (this link will open in a new tab)
- It contains info on how to enrol and links for more details but in summary:
- The process changed on 23 April 2025 - classes are now added to a shopping cart
- SCROLL down and click on the name of a required class
- Follow the prompts to enrol or join a waiting list and to checkout. You may have to scroll up or down to find the checkout icon or information. If any buttons disappear - click where they were.
- When asked are you a member - Select YES (if you have been a member at any time since 2023)
- Enter your email address registered with KMVU3A Inc
- Tick to accept the Terms and Conditions > Save
- If you share an email with another member you will be asked which member is enrolling
- You must repeat the steps for each member
- If your Membership is owing - the Membership Fee will be added to the total amount owing. Once paid your membership will be renewed and classes secured.
- Select to pay online or direct deposit following the information on the page that will appear
- or in the email sent to you
- If paying by direct debit - YOU MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in your deposit window. (eg Tom Smith TTennis or Tom Smith Gardening)
- We need to know who and what the deposit is for. Deposits without details cannot be processed.
Enrol offline using other options (not online)
See the About Membership page for options to renew and or enrol at an enrolment day or by delivering or emailing the required forms.
Enrol and renew using the Member Portal
The Member Portal is an online area that allows you as a member to renew your membership, and / or enrol in classes, update your details and more. You can access the Member Portal on a computer, tablet or mobile phone which is particularly useful if you need to prove your membership.

- Once logged into the portal
- Click on Classes and follow the prompts to enrol or add to a waiting list and checkout
- Click on Click here to pay and select a payment method
- This information will also be emailed to you - allowing you to pay following the info at a later date
- Your membership fee if owing, will be have been added to the class fees owing allowing you to pay all these together
- Click on Renew Membership and follow the prompts to pay
- Read any messages that appear to make sure you do not pay again if you have already paid for the current year
- You can then enrol in your classes at a later date.

Payment options
