Renew - Existing Members only

2026 Membership is $40 for the calendar year and renewal is due in Jan/ Feb or when enrolling in your first class for the year.

If you have been a member at any time since January 2023 you are considered an existing member. Use this information to RENEW your membership.

To renew - ENROL in your classes first and then renew if required.

Your membership fee to renew - if membership is due - must be added to your fees owing after enrolling.
You can renew ONLINE or NOT ONLINE usually when enrolling in your FIRST class/es for the year

To enrol / renew online using this website - you must have an email registered with KMVU3A. Details below

If you share an email with another member you will be asked which member is enrolling

To enrol / renew online if you don't have an email - use the Member Portal - log in with your member number
To enrol / renew offline - read how below about the options including contacting us to enrol you

By joining KMVU3A Inc and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the KMVU3A Inc Terms and Conditions of membership as explained on the website, enrolment and membership forms and invoices.

Renew online: Enrol in classes FIRST & renew at the one time

CLICK here to view the list of current classes (This is the Current Classes page and will open in a new tab)
SCROLL down and click on a class name, click on Enrol Now or Join a waiting list and follow the prompts - it is like shopping online.

Repeat for all required classes. Enter your email when asked and pay as below.

Your membership fee to renew will be automatically added to the fees owing - if your membership is due.
PAY online or by direct deposit following the information on the page that appears or using details in the email sent to you

If paying by direct debit - You MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the reference or description section in the deposit window. (eg TSmith TTennis or TSmith Gardening)

We need to know who and what the deposit is for. Deposits without details cannot be processed

Renew offline: (not online)

Renew and enrol at an Enrolment day or by emailing or delivering the Membership and Enrolment forms or by emailing us.

Renew online and enrol using the Member Portal

The Member Portal is an online area that allows you as a member to renew your membership, and / or enrol in classes, pay fees owing , update your details and more. Click here to access a link to the Member Portal.

Click Register to set up your account if you haven't used the portal before
Once registered - log in
Click on Classes and follow the prompts to enrol in all your required class (or be added to a waiting list)
Select a payment method when they appear - online or by direct deposit

This information will also be emailed to you - allowing you to pay following the info at a later date
Your membership fee if owing, will be added to the class fees allowing you to pay fees together

To renew only using the Member Portal without enrolling (and then enrol at a later date):

Click on Renew Membership and follow the prompts to pay

Read any messages that appear to make sure you do not pay again if you have already paid for the current year
You can enrol in your classes at the same time or at a later date.
