About Membership

You must be a member of KMVU3A to enrol in classes. Members may enrol in as many classes as they want in the current year.

Membership for 2026 is $40 for the calendar year per person.

Membership fees are due in January each year or before you attend your first class
Join or renew ONLINE or NOT ONLINE when enrolling in your first class for the year (see how below)

Classes have additional fees (shown in the class details) which must be paid before you attend your first class

By joining or renewing your membership of KMVU3A Inc and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the KMVU3A Inc Terms and Conditions of membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.

Join, Renew and Enrol Online

Click a button below for instructions on how to join or renew ONLINE for either existing or new members.

Existing members are people who have been a member at any time since 2023

MUST have an email address registered with KMVU3A Inc to renew online using this website
Can use the Member Portal to renew online using their member number to log in if they do NOT have an email or share an email with another member

If you don't want to enrol/join/renew online you can:

Attend an enrolment day - dates on the Noticeboard page
Email or deliver the enrolment and membership forms - available on the Noticeboard page

NEW members: Need to complete both the Enrolment and Membership Forms

EXISTING members: Need to complete the Enrolment form and only need to complete the Membership Form if their details have changed.

The Membership fee, if due, should be added to the Enrolment Form and included in Total Amount Payable

Attend an enrolment day in person

These are held at various times during the year at Kempsey and South West Rocks

Dates and locations are listed on the Notice Board page

Pay on the day by cash or credit/ debit card. No cheques please

Membership and Enrolment Forms will be available on the day or download the Membership and Enrolment forms from the Notice Board page, fill in and bring with you

Deliver or email the Enrolment form and Membership form (if required)

Download forms from the Notice Board page then...

Print and fill in by hand. Add the membership fee to Enrolment Form if due

Deliver the printed form/s into letter box on front wall of 46a Tozer St West Kempsey. Do NOT include cash or cheques
Or Scan / photograph form/s and email
Do not post

Or fill in electronically - they are interactive. Add the membership fee to Enrolment Form if due, then:

Save and email
or save, print and deliver as above

After submitting - Pay by direct deposit into our account. Details on the forms and below

Guide to filling in the forms electronically - experiment on your system
If you can add your name to the end of the file name when saving it.

On a PC: Click on the form link > it will open in a new tab > wait for it to download fully > fill in electronically > save to your computer and email
On an iPad/iPhone: This varies depending on the browser you are using so experiment.

Eg Click on the link to open the pdf which will open in a new tab of your browser > Click on SAVE or you may first have to Click the share icon > then select to SAVE > select to save into the Files (and into the Download folder if asked.)
Close the PDF that opened in the browser. Open the FILES area of your device > look for the Downloads folder > open the file > fill in electronically > click share > select to email > once the email has been sent click on DONE.

Payment options for membership and class fees:

Online when enrolling online using credit or debit card - the system will provide prompts
Online using a link in an email sent to you
Online (and enrol) using the Member Portal - existing members only. Click Pay Owing. See Portal help page for info
In person at enrolment days - cash or credit/debit cards accepted. No cheques
Direct deposit in person or electronically into our account:

You MUST put the name of person being paid for and class info in the reference or description section provided in the deposit window. (eg Tom Smith-TTennis or Tom Smith-Gardening etc.)
We need to know who the deposit is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed.

Coastline bank members need to use Pay Someone NOT Transfer and include a REFERENCE
