About Membership
Membership for 2025 is $40 for the calendar year per person. You must be a current member of KMVU3A Inc to enrol in classes.
- Membership fees are due in January each year or before you attend your first class.
- You can join or renew online or not offline using the options below..
- Members may enrol in as many classes of their choice each term in the current year.
- Classes have an additional fee of $10 per 1/2 year (semester) or $20 for the full year, which must be paid before you attend your first class
By joining / renewing KMVU3A Inc membership and enrolling in classes you agree to abide by the rules and regulations in the Constitution and Terms and Conditions of Membership as per the website and membership form. Read more here.
Join / Renew / Enrol Online

- Existing members:
- Are people who have been a member at any time since 2023 and should follow the renew instructions.
- Must have an email address registered with KMVU3A Inc to renew online.
- Can also use the Member Portal to enrol, renew, pay all fees owing and update their contact details
- Must use the Member Portal if they share an email with another member. Contact us it you wish to add an email address to your record
Join / Renew / Enrol offline (not online)
If you don't want to enrol and join or renew online you can use the options below to enrol offline:

NEW members: Need to complete both the Enrolment and Membership Form
EXISTING members: Need to complete the Enrolment form. They only need to complete the Membership Form if their details have changed.
- Add the Membership fee, if due, to the Enrolment Form and include in Total Amount Payable
Option 1: Attend an enrolment day in person
- Enrolment days are held at various times during the year at Kempsey and South West Rocks
- Dates and locations are listed on the Notice Board page
- Membership and Enrolment Forms will be available on the day or download the Membership and Enrolment forms from the Notice Board page as below, fill in and bring with you
- Pay on the day by cash or credit/ debit card. No cheques please
PDF Enrolment and Membership forms can be downloaded from the Notice Board page.
After downloading the required forms then either:
- Print and fill in by hand. Add the membership fee to the Total Amount Payable on Enrolment Form if it is due.
- Once complete (include membership form if applicable):
- Deliver the printed form/s into letter box on front wall of 46a Tozer St West Kempsey. Do NOT include cash
- OR Scan / photograph form/s and email
- Do not post
- Or fill in electronically as they are interactive. Add the membership fee to the Total Amount Payable on Enrolment Form if due, then:
- Save and email. Remember to attach both the membership and enrolment forms if needed
- Or print and submit as for printed forms above
- Use the following as a guide as to how to fill in electronically - experiment on your system
- On a PC: Click on the form link > it will open in a new tab > fill in electronically > save to your computer and email
- On an iPad: Click and hold on form link > click Download Linked file > Open from files (recent) > Click on Open in Books > Type in name > Click to tick other options > click share > Select to email
- For both these option - Pay by direct deposit into our account. Details on the forms and below

Payment options for membership and class fees:
- Pay online when enrolling online using credit or debit card - the system will provide prompts
- Pay online using the Member Portal - existing members only. Enrol and renew in the portal as well. See Portal help page for info
- Pay in person at enrolment days - cash or credit/debit cards accepted. No cheques
- Pay by deposit in person or electronically into our account:
- You MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in the deposit window. (eg Tom Smith-TTennis or Tom Smith-Gardening etc.)
- We need to know who the deposit is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed.
- Coastline Credit Union Members need to use Pay Someone NOT Transfer and include a REFERENCE
