About Membership
Membership for 2025 is $40 for the calendar year per person. You must be a current member of KMVU3A Inc to enrol in classes.
- Membership fees are due in January each year or before you attend your first class. There is no pro rata rate.
- You can join or renew online or offline as below.
- Members may enrol in as many classes of their choice each term in the current year.
- Classes have an additional fee of $5 per term or a block payment for several terms, which must be paid before you attend your first class
Join/ Renew Online (and enrol)

- Follow the RENEW instructions if you were a member at all since 2023. Existing members must have an email address registered with KMVU3A Inc to renew online. Contact us it you wish to add an email address to your record.
- Existing members can also use the Member Portal to enrol, renew, pay all fees owing and update their contact details
Join / Renew NOT online (and enrol)
If you don't want to enrol and join/renew online you can use the options below to enrol offline:
NEW members: Need to complete both the Enrolment and Membership Form
EXISTING members: Need to complete the Enrolment form. They only need to complete the Membership Form if their details have changed.
- Add the Membership fee if due, to the Enrolment Form and include in Total Amount Payable
Attend an enrolment day in person and use forms
- Dates and locations are listed on the Notice Board page.
- Membership and Enrolment Forms will be available on the day or download the Membership and Enrolment forms from the Notice Board page and fill in and bring with you
- Pay on the day by cash or credit/ debit card
PDF Enrolment and Membership forms are available on the Notice Board page to download.
After downloading the required forms either:
- Print and fill in by hand
- Then either:
- Scan or photograph and email
- Place in the letterbox on the front wall of 46a Tozer Street Kempsey (the KMVU3A office)
- Hand in on enrolment day
- Do not post
- Or fill in electronically as they are interactive. Then either:
- Save and email. Remember to attach both the membership and enrolment forms
- Or print and submit as for printed forms above
- Use the following as a guide to fill in electronically - experiment on your system
- On a PC: Click on the form link > it will open in a new tab > fill in electronically > save and email as indicated on the form
- On an iPad: Click and hold on form link > click Download Linked file > Open from files (recent) > Fill in > click Done > email
- Pay by direct deposit into our account. Details on the forms.
Payment options for membership and class fees:
- Pay online when enrolling online using credit or debit card - the system will provide prompts
- Pay online using the Member Portal - existing members only. Enrol and renew in the portal as well. See Portal help page for info
- Pay in person at enrolment days - cash or credit/debit cards accepted. No cheques
- Pay by deposit in person or electronically into our account:
- You MUST put the NAME of person being paid for and CLASS info in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in the deposit window. (eg Tom Smith-TTennis or Tom Smith-Gardening etc.)
- We need to know who the deposit is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed.
- Coastline Credit Union Members need to use Pay Someone NOT Transfer and include a REFERENCE
