How to Enrol in classes

About Enrolling
Enrolment in a class can be completed ONLINE or OFFLINE as explained below.

Most classes have an fee of $5 per term or $20 for the whole year (4 terms), or a pro-rata rate for the remainder of the year
      • Class fees are not refundable if you don't attend all classes
You must be a paid up Member of KMVU3A to attend a class. Click here to read about membership.
    • Being a member allows you to enrol in as many classes of your choice each term for the current calendar year
      • Membership and class fees must be paid before you attend any class: Your place is not guaranteed until these fees are paid
        • When enrolling online the system will check if you are a paid up member and will require you to Join or Renew membership and will add the membership fee to fees owing
        • When enrolling offline  - if you are not a member please add your membership fee to your payment
      NOTE: Most but not all classes allows online enrolment. Phone the tutor or contact us at  for information on classes that don't allow online enrolment.

      How to enrol online
      • You must have an email address to enrol online.
      • Two existing members who share an email can enrol online as below.


      1. Click to open the list of current classes (Or click the Classes > Current Classes). This page will open in a new tab; switch between the tabs to follow these instructions.
      2. Click on the name of your desired class. Click the ENROL NOW button (available if there is a vacancy or online enrolment is allowed)
          1. If the class is full the button will change to WAIT LIST.  Click to be placed on the wait list. You will not be charged the class fee but will be notified and sent an invoice to pay if a vacancy occurs
      3. Select the required payment option (if asked) eg the full year (4 terms) / remainder of year or only the current term
            1. Class fees are not refundable
      4. Select Yes or No to enrol in additional classes
      5. Select Yes or No to indicate if you are a member of KMVU3A . Select YES if you were a member last year. Otherwise select NO
            1. NEW members will be presented with the Membership form to fill in with their contact details, emergency contact information (very important) and must accept the Terms and Conditions of Membership
            2. EXISTING members will be required to enter the email they have registered with KMVU3A and will be sent an email
            3. Follow the prompts in the email to complete the enrolment and confirm membership
              1. Members who SHARE an email with another member will be asked to select which member wants to enrol.
                1. Repeat the process from step 1 to allow the second member to enrol online
      6. Lastly select to pay online or offline by direct debit following prompts
          1. The Membership fee will be added to the invoice for new and non-financial existing members
      How to enrol offline
      NOTE: If you are NOT a current paid up member when enrolling offline please also complete the membership form available here, submit and pay for membership at the same time as enrolling.

      • Attend an enrolment day
          • Dates and locations are listed on the Notice Board page or in the newsletter.
          • Enrolment Forms (and Membership forms) will be available on the day or download the form as below and fill out and bring with you
          • Pay on enrolment day by cash, cheque or credit card
      • Use the Enrolment Form - deliver or email
          • Download the current Term enrolment form on the Notice Board page
            • Mark the classes and amounts you are paying.
            • Email form or print and drop into letter box on front wall of 46a Tozer St. Do not post. Payment and delivery details on form
            • It is interactive so you can fill it in electronically if desired
              • On a PC: Fill in on the computer then print and drop in OR download, save and email as indicated on the form
              • On an iPad: Save to Files > Open from files > Fill in on iPad > click Done, then print and drop in or email
              • Pay using the options on the form or as below
            • Also include a membership form and payment if applicable
      • Contact us for help
        • Email us with general enquiries
        • Ring a class tutor for classes that don't allow online enrolment and general class enquiries
      Payment Options for Membership and Class Fees
      • Pay online when enrolling online using Credit or Debit card - the system will provide prompts
      • Pay online in the Member Portal
      • Pay in person on enrolment days – cash, cheque or credit/debit cards accepted
      • Pay by deposit in person or electronically into our account:  
            • You MUST put your NAME/ CLASS in the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION section provided in your payment window
              (eg               TomSmith-TTennis for Table Tennis or Tom Smith-Gardeng for Gardening etc.
              • We need to know who the payment is for. Deposits with no details cannot be processed.
            • If you are paying for another member - please email the details to treasurer@kempseymacleayu3a.com.au...
            • Coastline Credit Union Members need to use Pay Someone NOT Transfer and include a REFERENCE
