Enrolment and payment options for continuing students

To enrol in and pay for your continuing classes:

If you enrol in a class that continues in following terms, you will be automatically reserved a place for each term that the class runs.

If you have NOT paid for the full year / that term you will need to re-enrol to confirm your place in the class and pay the required fee.

If you HAVE paid for the full year, you do not need to do anything
If you do not want to continue in a class - please email us or your tutor so we can remove you from the class allowing other people to join.

How will I know if I owe fees?

Ask your tutor. They will also have the Term 3 enrolment forms to fill in with payment options
From emails sent to you. You will be sent one email for each class in which you owe fees.
Log into your Member portal and click on Statement. Look for the receipts which will show the amount and dates you have paid up to for each class
Email us and that information can be sent to you

How do I enrol and pay?

Online following the link in emails you will receive telling you you owe fees.

Search for emails from Kempsey Macleay Valley U3A if you cant find these

Direct Debit into our account - details on enrolment form.

Remember to include your name and an ID for the course you are enrolling in eg TT for Table Tennis or Gdg for Gardening etc — deposits with no details cannot be processed.

Using PDF enrolment form: Fill in and email or drop into letter box on front wall of 46a Tozer St. Payment details on form
In person at an enrolment day.

TO pay ALL fees owing at the one time if you OWE fees for several classes:

By Direct Debit:

Add up the total amount owing and deposit in Credit Union adding details as above.

Online using invoice emails sent to you:

First enrol online in any additional classes if required as below, but do not pay at the time then...
One at a time open the emails you received for each class you owe money for

Click on the link - Click here to pay for your class - in each email you receive > A page will open in your browser.
Follow the instructions to select a payment amount but Do NOT pay at this stage.
Close each email.

When you have done this in EACH email:
REOPEN any one of the emails and click the link again Click here to pay for your class

A total amount of all fees owing will show
Follow the instructions to select to pay either by:

By secure credit (or debit) card, by direct deposit into our credit union account (details on the page) or at an enrolment day

To enrol in additional classes for continuing students:

Enrol online: Go to Classes > Current classes page on our website and follow instructions to enrol online and pay. OR See above for how to pay this with fees owing in your continuing classes.

Enrol offline: Attend an enrolment day, or use the PDF enrolment / payment form available on the Notice board page of our website.
